Boda Logbook Loans Chairmen Referral Offer: Terms & Conditions

  1. Program Overview
    MOGO (hereinafter referred to as "MOGO") is pleased to offer a boda logbook loan referral offer for Chairmen (hereinafter referred to as "Offer"). This program allows Chairmen (hereinafter referred to as "Referring Customer") to refer stage members, friends, family members, or colleagues (hereinafter referred to as "Referred Customer") to apply for a boda logbook loan with MOGO.
  2. Eligibility:
    This program is open to all Chairmen who are in good standing with an active account. The referred customer must be a new customer who has not previously applied for a loan with MOGO and must not have an existing loan with MOGO.
  3. Referral Process: 
    The Chairman must register a new customer applying for a loan either through MOGO’s 'boda logbook loan referral offers’ landing page or visit a MOGO branch with the referred customer's details or call our customer care number with the referred customer's details. The Chairman must enter their phone number as the referral code during the application process. MOGO reserves the right to verify the validity of the referral code.
  4. Reward conditions: 
    The Chairman will be eligible for KES 1,000 cash upon successful completion of the following conditions: 
    • The Chairman submits a complete application for a boda logbook loan through the ‘Boda Logbook Loan Referral Offer’ Page or a MOGO branch or through customer care
  5. Voucher: 
    The voucher will be sent via M-Pesa within 7 days of the loan disbursement.
  6. Program Duration: 
    The referral offer will run for a period as determined by MOGO at its sole discretion. MOGO reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
  7. Termination: 
    MOGO Kenya reserves the right to terminate or modify the program at any time without prior notice.
  8. Fraud: 
    MOGO reserves the right to disqualify any Chairman from the Referral Offer if they are found to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions or have engaged in any fraudulent activity. MOGO's decisions regarding eligibility and awarding of referral bonuses shall be final and binding. 
  9. Liability: 
    MOGO Kenya is not responsible for any disputes arising between the Chairman and the referred customer in relation to this program.
  10. Acceptance of Terms: 
    Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
