Debt Collection Process Lead

We are looking for a data-driven and hands-on Debt Collection Process Lead to design, optimize, and manage end-to-end collections workflows for vehicle and device finance in Kenya. In this role, you will lead initiatives that strengthen the customer repayment experience while ensuring collections operations remain efficient, compliant, and scalable. On a day-to-day basis, you will work closely with the Head of Debt Collection and partner teams across Credit/Risk, Customer Service, Product/IT, and Legal to turn data insights into operational improvements. This is a high-impact role for someone who is proactive, structured, and takes full ownership.

Prompt Engineer

We are looking for a Prompt Engineer to join our Debt Collections team at MOGO Auto Limited – Kenya; in this role, the successful candidate will design, optimise, and manage production-grade AI prompts for voice bots across outbound and inbound collections processes, ensuring high performance, compliance, and cost efficiency while collaborating closely with IT, collections strategy, and AI vendors to continuously improve call outcomes and customer engagement in both English and Swahili.

"Mogo Kenya has successfully launched its device financing business and is now seeking a strategic, results-driven Head of Sales (Device Financing) to take ownership of the sales function and scale it to the next level. This role is focused on driving smartphone and device sales performance - expanding the dealer and retail network, accelerating customer acquisition, and turning Mogo’s device financing into a market-leading product in Kenya. The Head of Sales (Device Financing) will be accountable for the commercial performance of the device financing program, leading the sales organization, optimizing the go-to-market model, and delivering aggressive growth targets."

Field Collection Supervisor - (Boda Offline)

This role will oversee the performance of Team Leaders and field staff to ensure targets are consistently met, while promoting fairness in case allocation and maintaining standardized countrywide offline process flows. It will monitor portfolio and agent performance, implement strategies to improve productivity, and drive overall cost‑reduction initiatives. The role will manage operational approvals, act as a key link between Team Leaders and the Departmental Head, and support effective communication across teams. In addition, it will be responsible for training new Team Leaders and field collection staff, as well as coaching and mentoring existing teams to strengthen performance, accountability, loyalty, and integrity.

Field Collection Team Lead

The role involves assigning field visit cases to field agents, coordinating their daily performance, and ensuring they receive the necessary operational support; providing strong leadership by communicating goals, motivating the team, addressing concerns, and supporting agents to meet targets; assisting with induction and training for new Debt Collection staff while identifying training needs, preparing training materials, and recommending external training where necessary; driving high performance through clear expectations and developing strategies to ensure adherence to debt collection policies and performance goals; conducting regular team meetings to communicate process changes and performance updates; monitoring and training staff on proper usage of field collection tools and the company ERP system; preparing and sharing detailed performance reports; recommending improvements to debt collection processes; ensuring repossessed motorbikes align with Redash reports and are accurately updated in the system; and performing any other assigned duties, with the role requiring excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, strong leadership, integrity, at least four years of relevant experience, fluency in English and Swahili, the ability to work independently, and a Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
