SALES OFFICER INTERN (Nairobi, Coast, Thika, Wote, Garissa, Nyanza , Bomet, Eldoret, Naivasha & Mumias)

Role Overview: Selling the full range of MOGO Kenya financial products to customers Sales of new & used cars, motorcycles and threewheelers for potential customers Execution of loan issuance process to potential customers Facilitation of proper documentation per sale. Assistance with administrative tasks (inspections, price updates etc) when needed Manage incoming potential customers & follow-up until sale is completed. Ensuring that the sales process is followed as per MOGO standards Reaching the sales target of the branch through avenues provided. Any other duty that may be assigned.

DEBT COLLECTION CALL CENTER INTERN

Role Overview: Contact customers to negotiate and establish mutual beneficial repayment schedules and terms. Process and organize debt collection correspondence and related documentation. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts including communication history and payment status. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to facilitate smooth debt recovery and to minimize future delinquencies. Address and resolve debtor inquiries, complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Identify and suggest improvements to the debt collection process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Achieve and exceed set debt recovery targets and performance metrics. Perform other related duties as assigned by the management Any other duty assigned.

CUSTOMER CARE AGENT INTERN

Role Overview: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development. Sales. Respond to all sales inquiries and generate applications from the inquiries. Document all customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints in the CRM system. Prepare and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services. Stay updated with product changes and enhancements to provide accurate information. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or management. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.

PRODUCT TRAINER-SMARTPHONE FINANCING

Role Overview: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new employees, focusing on Mogo’s products, loan processes, and CRM systems. Train agents and dealers on using Mogo’s mobile app and other relevant software, ensuring they can effectively engage with customers and manage loan applications. Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and documentation. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve based on feedback. Work closely with the Area Sales Manager and other leaders to identify training needs and adjust programs accordingly. Monitor employee performance and provide coaching to ensure proficiency in using Mogo's systems and processes. Assist in the development of onboarding processes for agents, dealers, and other team members.

FIELD MARKETING OFFICER (Nairobi, Western, Nyanza & Coast)

Role Overview: Promote new car financing product sales at partner car dealerships and MOGO yards; through verbal communication and distribution of promo material. Collect leads on prospect car financing customers. Collect leads on prospect car dealerships for partnering. Forster relations with salespeople at partner car dealerships. Assist car dealership salespeople in submitting loan applications via partner portal. Pitch idea of partnership with MOGO to car dealers. Report to Product Marketing Manager on prospect partners for car financing. Any other duty as assigned by Product Marketing Manager.
